Green coffee beans from the #16 lot of the Costa Rica 2009 Cup of Excellence.

This farm is located at the Tarrazú coffee region in Aserrí, more specific in Cedral at 1750 meters above sea level. The farm has been part of the Monge Fallas family for over 4 generations and is composed by 7 members. The father and one of the sons take care of the farm were they grow other products besides coffee. 8 of the 10 hectacres of the farm are dedicated to coffee production and they produce an approximate of 150 bags harvest. The variety of the coffee is Caturra and Catuai.

The finca name of El Alto was given because of its high location with beautiful views of nearby places.
