San Julian is a beautiful coffee farm located in Palencia, 40 km from Guatemala City, it’s a small in size coffee farm, but big in quality. They produce 250 bags per year, the objective was begun on a small scale to control quality. The owners come from a family of Swiss Mechanical Engineers who migrated to Guatemala after World War I, and established Taller Ruttimann in 1908, one of the first machine shops to ever assist coffee growers' wet mills needs in Guatemala. The farm is located at 1700m above sea level, and the varietal in this lot is Catuaí.
